Quality Management System

Reduce risk – engineer quality into every product, ensure timely delivery within budget.

We apply our Quality Management System to provide consistent and superior performance on schedule and within budget. Between complex mandates and tight budgets, organizations can’t afford to miss deadlines or deliver less-than-excellent programs. That’s why Ascellon’s quality program doesn’t just manage quality, but assures consistent, superior performance on schedule and on budget.

CMMI is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance.

Our product and service delivery capability has been independently appraised at CMMI® Level 3. An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates Ascellon is performing at a “defined” level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. Our organization’s set of standard processes, which is the basis for maturity level 3, is established and improved over time.

What CMMI Maturity Level 3 rating means for you:

  • Our work and processes have received the highest form of third-party validation.
  • We take a proactive approach to managing projects and processes
  • We’re dedicated to continuous improvement and producing great work that makes a difference.
